SASSE: Tell the readers a little about
yourself. Why did you decide to be a part of Shades of Desire with your fellow
authors?

Author Kristina:
Hi, everyone! I'm Kristina Knight and my
book in this boxed set is Mr. Right Now. It's a fun rom-com kind of book about
one night stands and mistaken identity. I joined up with the other SoD authors
because they asked! lol When Wendy mentioned she wanted to put together a new
boxed set I thought it sounded like a lot of fun.
SASSE: How did you come up with this
story? What is your story about?
SoD
Author Kristina:
- Mr. Right Now kind of came to me fully formed. When my husband and I went on
our first cruise a celebrity chef was on the same ship. People were crazy with
trying to get pictures and I thought - hey, what if a celebrity went on a
cruise to get away from the media...but couldn't? And the characters took it
from there.
SASSE:
Do you use celebrity inspiration for your characters? If so, who
inspired your hero and heroine?
SoD
Author Kristina:
- For some books, yes. I do make Pinterest boards for each book (www.pinterest.com/authorkristina),
and some will have celebrity inspiration but most have 'scene' inspiration -
kiss couples, locations, etc. My board for Mr. Right Now features a few Taylor
Kitsch pics...
SASSE: Is your story in the boxset part
of a series? If it is, where does it fall in the line up?
SoD
Author Kristina:
- Mr. Right Now is a stand-alone book, and I don't have any plans - right now!
lol - to add a linked book.
SASSE: For fun, tell the readers and
interesting factoid about you? -
SoD
Author Kristina:
I'm a little bit obsessive compulsive - I eat M&Ms by color, most things I
do twice. For example, I'm forever checking and double checking our doors or my
contact lens case or our suitcases when we're going on a trip.
