As readers who have seen, bought and read several boxedset with multiple authors, I'm sure you wonder, how did the author chose their particular story? or why did this author decide to do a boxseted set? or What's the purpose?. Well, I'm bringing you those answers.
Today I present to you, Sienna Mynx, the author of "Rallenti" in Scandalous Heroes...
SASSE: Tell me how you came up with the plot for your story in the Scandalous Hero boxed set.
The Mynx: My story is Rallenti and my goal was to give the readers a sample of my best work (The Battaglia Mafia Series). I have a separate goal to explore the loves of the Mafia men outside of my lead characters and this was a perfect opportunity to do so.
SASSE: Is your story connected to a series you write?
The Mynx: Yes! The Battaglia Series
SASSE: What was the most challegning scene to write?
The Mynx: Sex is very challenging. You have to make it fresh and unique to the couple you are writing every time. To keep from being repetitive and stale I have to really put myself in the seduction. That can be exhausting at times! LOL!
The Mynx: I did not. I kind of conjured her up in my head separately. I love Nigerian women. The actresses coming out of Nigeria are gorgeous. In particular Lupita Nyongo. She is fierce and I love her sense of fashion so she was sorta my muse.
SASSE: Why did you choose to join the Scandalous Heroes boxed set with these 8 other authors?
The Mynx: It was an honor. To be honest I'm a fan of these ladies. And to have them willing to collaborate made me so proud. I know overall we are trying to promote and push our genre, but I think in this process we have formed a sisterly bond that is so needed in this game.
SASSE: What do you want the readers/romance world to take away from the collection once they read it?
The Mynx: I want them to get a taste of my style of story telling and I'm hoping it makes them open to explore more with me. I want to leave my mark!
